Kotka City Library provides library and information services in the main library, in two local libraries in Karhula and Karhuvuori, and through the joint Kyyti library system and its mobile library van.

Hamina City Libraries offer a wide range of library and cultural services in the Main Library, Ruissalo Library and the library and multi-service car Päivänsäde.
