A Digital Panel (Digiraati) online discussion will be held in the Kotka area in October, with the aim of gathering young adults’ user experiences and development ideas regarding digital services aimed at immigrants.

Digiraati is a moderated online discussion held under pseudonyms. The languages of discussion are English and Finnish.

Digiraati offers an opportunity to share personal experiences, feedback on how well the services work, and suggestions for improvement. A summary will be drawn up based on the discussions to support the further development of the services.

The October Digiraati will focus in particular on the International Kotka–Hamina website, which brings together information and services aimed at the region’s international residents.

The Digiraati is aimed at young adults aged 18–29 who have immigrated to the area. The panel will be open from 19 to 30 October 2026. The languages of discussion are Finnish and English. Those who have registered will be sent an invitation link and instructions for the panel via email closer to the event date. After the panel, participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
