Kotka-Hamina

International Kotka-Hamina is a joint website for five municipalities in Etelä-Kymenlaakso: Kotka, Hamina, Pyhtää, Virolahti, and Miehikkälä.

The website has been developed in cooperation with Kotka-Hamina regional development company Cursor Oy and the EU co-funded (ESR+) Kareva project in 2025–2026.

The website is maintained by the City of Kotka.

Guidance and counselling for immigrants service assists all immigrants with matters related to immigration and integration, regardless of how long they have been in Finland or on what grounds they are residing in the country
