‘Autumn of career dreams’ is a guidance and mentoring programme for young people aged 15–19 who have moved to Finland. The programme helps participants explore study opportunities in Finland, identify their own strengths and consider their plans for the future. Personal support from study counsellors and mentors is also available in the participant’s own native language, if required.

The programme includes two weekend camps in Anjala, Kouvola:
• 25–27 September 2026
• 28–29 November 2026

Between the camps, participants will receive personalised mentoring for approximately two months. Initially, the aim is to offer mentoring in the following languages: Swahili and other Congolese languages, Somali, Dari/Persian, Ukrainian, English and Finnish. However, young people of all linguistic backgrounds are welcome to join.

The programme is organised by the Kesälukio Association. There is a fee to take part, and the application deadline is 24 August 2026.
