Diversity and international recruitment on display in Kotka

The Työvoimaa (Workforce) event, held at Datariina in Kotka, brought together companies and experts to discuss talent needs and international recruitment. In particular, the event looked at how workforce diversity can support business growth.

The programme included presentations on pay subsidy opportunities, Work in Finland services, training solutions, free coaching and support for staff development.

The event was part of the Kareva project, which supports companies in developing their international recruitment capacity. The event also provided participants with an opportunity to network and raise current needs.
