A free ‘Working Life in Finland’ event will be held in Kotka on Wednesday 18 November 2026, from 6 pm to 8 pm, for international students, skilled workers and people who have moved to the region. The event will take place at Kohtaamisten Keittiö on Ruotsinsalmenkatu.
During the evening, there will be talks on working life in Finland, job hunting, and how to showcase your skills and write a good CV. Experts will also be on hand to answer participants’ questions.
The event is organised by Innovare ry, which supports people who have moved to Kotka and the Kymenlaakso region with integration, job-seeking and work-related matters.
Registration is not compulsory, but the organisers would appreciate it if you could register by 15 November 2026 at the latest by emailing heikki.haro@innovare.fi.
